Late last night, we received a phone call from a representative of the Conservative Party.  They needed two London Black Taxis for a filming job they were planning for this morning

No details were given except that the two taxis were to report to Conservative Party headquarters in Millbank.

Well, by now, we all know the result:

As a spoof on Labour’s slogan “A Future Fair for All,”  the Conservatives posed people behind cabinet minister masks.  The slogans on the taxis–”A Future Fare for All”– highlighted the Conservative’s opinion of Labour’s £857.5bn debt.

And the taxis themselves? Why, that was us: London Black Taxis.net!

But we are not partisan, Mr. Brown.  If you want to hire us to spoof back at the Conservatives, our taxis are for hire and our fares are fair!
