Our Treasure Hunt drivers are also Taxi Marshals–skilled and experienced at organising groups of people at PR events.  They will help you to keep things under control and keep your guests safe.

Our Taxis

Depending on availability on the day, we can provide either the traditional London Taxi or a Mercedes Vito Taxi:

The Traditional London Taxi has that traditional London look that we are all so familiar with. These taxis seat a maximum of 5 adults.

The Mercedes Vito Taxi has the truly comfortable ride that you expect from any Mercedes. They are equipped with two 12V power points enabling powered use of laptops and mobile telephones. These taxis seat a maximum of 6 adults.

Celebrate!

Make your treasure hunt a celebratory event! Feel free to provide your guests with a goodies hamper. We don’t mind if they munch and sip their way around London. Just remember to toss a few crumbs to the drivers to keep their strength up!

On the Day

On the day, we will:

• Pick up your guests at any central London location that you specify.  (Pick-ups outside of central London can be arranged.  An extra charge may apply depending on the location.)
• Brief your guests about the Treasure Hunt and explain the “rules”.
• Provide each taxi with a Treasure Hunt pack containing a booklet of clues and some pens.  We will provide the answer sheet to a designated person at the end of the hunt. (Exception: if you have chosen the “Design Your Own Treasure Hunt” option, it will be your responsibility to provide the Treasure Hunt pack and booklet).
• Deliver your guests at the end of the Treasure Hunt to any central London location that you specify. (Drop-offs outside of central London can be arranged. An extra charge may apply depending on the location.) The drop-off point is usually a restaurant where your guests can celebrate and compare their Tales of the Hunt.
