Our drivers have “The Knowledge” (navigational expertise and familiarity with London city streets which requires several years of study) AND we have an internet and telephone booking system. Once you have booked your taxi, we send you a text message with the name of your driver, the taxi’s registration number, and the driver’s mobile phone number. We keep in constant contact with the driver until we know you are safely on board.
